[PS5] Pro Clubs 170+ ms ping issue — other modes work fine (1–2 ms)

Hi, I’m experiencing a serious connection issue exclusive to Pro Clubs on PS5 that started approximately one month ago.

The problem: Every Pro Clubs match shows extremely high ping (170+ ms) and is rated “Poor” connection quality, making the mode unplayable.

What makes this unusual: The issue is completely isolated to Pro Clubs. In other game modes like Ultimate Team and Seasons, I consistently get 1–3 ms ping with no issues — on the same console, same network, and same day.

Evidence from the in-game connection report:

∙ Pro Clubs (Clubs League, March 28, 2026): Ping 171.43 ms | Jitter 0.1 ms | Packet Loss 0.22% | Quality: Poor (9/100)

∙ Division Rivals (March 24, 2026): Ping 1.87 ms | Jitter 0.12 ms | Packet Loss 0.0% | Quality: Great (99/100)

Since the problem is mode-specific and began suddenly one month ago, I believe this is a server-side routing issue affecting Pro Clubs in my region, not a local network problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any EA staff who can look into this?
