Re: No Premium Season Pass

I bought a Ultimate Edition of FC26 at the end of July, with Premium Pass. 

When I started the game last night I did not have the Premium Pass and I had the option to buy it even if I should of had it already.

So since the game tricked me into buy what was already mine, I spent 1000 EAFC points to buy the Premium Pass.

I then wrote to the EA Support via email, and they told me they can't refund me mh credits.

I am an old  client and  buy FIFA, now EFC, every year so I am very dissapointed and I do not wish to play it any more if they treat customers in this way.
