PC game - playing with PS5 controller (issues)

Hey,, 

The problem is that the players start moving on their own without me even touching the controller. I’m literally not controlling the player at all. I can be playing for around 30 minutes (match time) and suddenly my player starts walking by himself and I can’t even switch to another player. After that, if I keep playing or manage to switch, the gameplay becomes extremely slow — when I pass the ball it takes around two seconds to respond, which obviously makes me lose a lot of games. The controller isn’t stuck or damaged, it’s literally brand new.

The second issue happens when I first launch the game and connect my controller. On the main menu, I’ll be on Ultimate Team, and when I try to move down to Kick Off, it skips it and goes straight to Pro Clubs as if it’s scrolling by itself.

I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, updated my GPU drivers, updated the controller firmware, restarted my PC, and even restarted my internet, but nothing changed.
