Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

I'm on PC (EA App), playing FC 26 Ultimate Team with an Xbox Series controller.  
It works perfectly fine in offline modes, but as soon as I start an online match (Rivals, Rush etc.), the controller completely stops responding.  

A core function like controller input is broken in online play, and nothing has been done. You just released an update today, but the issue is STILL not fixed. How can such a basic and game-breaking bug remain unresolved?  

I paid full price for the Ultimate Edition and yet I can’t even play online matches properly. This is unacceptable.  

Please give us a clear update or timeline for when this will finally be fixed. Players have been reporting this for weeks, and the silence or lack of a solution is extremely frustrating.
