Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

Dear Support,
I play (try...) EAFC26 on PC, but on online matches my controller is not working.Sometimes it doesnt work for some minutes, sometimes 90% of the matches, sometimes only for 10-15 seconds, but I can play normally never.
Please fix this bug, or technical error, because I paid for this early access, I bought the ultimate team but the game is totally dead when I try to play rivals... in squadbattles the controller is working fine.
Help us please, we paid for something, what we cant use, early access period is already gone.
My drivers and windows are up to date, so this wont be the problem, in ea fc 25 I had 0 technical problem.
In the game I tried to lower my graphics, etc, what other players recommended, but game is still not playable.
