Server timeout PS5
I’ve been having issues with PS5 sever timeouts for about two weeks now. I’ve spent countless time chatting with support, which ends up being copy and paste answers and support, same attempts at resolving etc. I’ve changed my DNS settings about 10 times, deleted game and reinstalled about 5 times, deleted my account settings countless times, reset internet, reset PS5 (completely removing cables), emptied all my squads and created blank ones several times. Once agent said they “made a change on your account”; nothing supports a resolution.
Other accounts work fine, companion app works fine, web app works fine. Even when timing out, I can still change music, open and respond to socials etc. it works for a while after a game restart, before timing out again.
This happens in SBCs, the Club, Store, game modes etc. it’s becoming almost unplayable and yet the support I get offered is exactly the same, on repeat.
The money spent on this game over decades of playing, yet the only option I am being left with is create a new account and start again (in March!)
any help?
