Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

I was having a great game in gauntlet, winning 5-2, 82nd minute, when all of a sudden the game can no longer detect my controller. It's odd because I thought my controller disconnected, but it's brand new, but I noticed the light still on, the game just won't work. The game completely stopped recognizing the controller, and my opponent scored a bunch of goals and the game eventually kicked me out because it could not recognize my controller. I'm furious.

EA help chat has not been able to issue me a refund despite numerous request, even though this game is not of merchantable quality. I hope they can at least compensate me for this issue, but this game having so many issues and me not being able to get a refund has made me lost trust in EA, and I wish to no longer purchase any more of their products or services after my horrendous experience with FC 26.
