Connection Issue

Hey EA, you are a billion dollar company. Wealth, and technology galore. So please. Please tell me why I’ve played 2 games of rivals in the past 30 minutes and as a reward I am faced with a infinite loading screen. Not once, but both times. Worst of all, I close my app to try and reset this. Come to find out, my game counted as me quitting therefore resulting in a loss. I am going to ask for a refund and/or delete this app if you can’t fix a simple gameplay feature, such as ALLOWING A MAN THAT HAS WON TO CLAIM HIS WIN.
