Re: Season Pass Level 40 Rewards - Tomori

Hello, I was playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team and encountered a bug with the Season Pass Level 40 rewards.
When I reached Level 40, the game didn’t show the player card images — the card had the game coin image. I wanted to choose Tomori, but instead chose the 84+ x4 Pack without knowing which was which.
I didn’t realise it was the Season Pass reward pack and opened it by mistake, since the game never displayed the correct options. I spend all day trying to reach the final level so the game could have a bug and not show the correct options. I don't mind to lose the players of the pack and coins/ea points, I really just want the Tomori. Could you please check this issue and help me get the correct reward?

Same happened to me, hoping to get Tomori. Not bothered if they need to take back the content of the packs, like you I wouldn't have opened them either had I known. Getting to level 40 you get so much content its tough to know what pack comes from where.
