Re: Servers down? Fc 26 pro clubs and ultimate team say cant login to ea servers

Hi, I'm unable to access Pro Clubs on FC26, I bought the standard edition when it came out. Pro clubs was working perfectly until about a few weeks ago and now I just get the Unable to connect to EA server error when trying to access clubs. I've checked and confirmed every game mode from UT to seasons and friendlies work fine, however my Pro Clubs can't be accessed. This has allowed me to miss on significant upgrades and games.

I've tried logging a ticket but I seem to be unable to as it never creates a ticket for this. 

Please resolve.

Hello I’ve played fifa for many years on my Xbox and on fc25 I was able to play clubs with my friends however I switched over to PS5 with fc26 and I can play the game just fine in every other mode but clubs. Everytime I try to open it, it says “Unable to connect to the EA servers” which doesn’t make a lot of sense, since every other mode works. I’ve tried unplugging my PS5 and my router, using ethiernet and wireless connections, deleting and reinstalling, and disabling and enableing 2fa, and nothing is working I’m really confused why this one mode isn’t working if anyone can help me that would be great. You need to disabled 2fa and leave it off unfortunately to access clubs/Season pass

 I was playing against someone in FC26 FUT Champions and suddenly the game crashed and got ‘unable to connect to the EA servers’. Please check your internet. Now every time i try to reconnect it says EA servers are unavailable right now, so i want to know if problem is from EA servers being down or the player i was against hacked and made me unable to join the servers

I’ve been trying to play Co-op Rush  and rivals with my friend, but Everytime after the team preview is done is kicks us out saying “unable to connect”, making the only Co-op playable mode Squad battles, I need to know if I’m the only one having this issue or it’s happening to others.

Match got finished and I won't fair and square , while loading rewards it shows unable to connect to EA server and thrown me out of ultimate team , while in home there is no disconnection of EA account shows and fc hub level shows properly.

This happened multiple times, although we complete match properly, whole loading rewards it thrown us out to home and win does not count.

I’m trying to play pro clubs and have been trying for about a week now and it says unable to connect to ea servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. And I have done this multiple times and switched WiFi’s and it still doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work but ultimatel team does work it’s only clubs that doesn’t work 

Have a similar problem. For about a day, when in FUT, nothing saves and I cannot enter any play modes. States that I have been disconnected from FUT server. Have changed my DNS settings, used LAN and then WiFi (avoiding possible IPv4 issues). Nothing works, my FC26 Companion App will not let me post the login screen as it says I am still logged in on console (PS5). When the Companion App was working this morning I still couldn't save any squad changes. What's going on?

Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue that is isolated specifically to Pro Clubs on the PS5 version of EA FC. I play both the PS4 and PS5 versions on the same PSN and EA account, and Pro Clubs works perfectly on the PS4 version. However, on the PS5 version, Pro Clubs consistently shows “Can’t connect to server,” while all other online modes on PS5 (including Ultimate Team and online play) work normally. This confirms that the issue is not related to my network, Wi-Fi, NAT type, or console. I have already tried restarting the console and network, logging out and back into PSN, clearing local saved data, checking cross-play settings, and leaving and rejoining the club via PS4, with no success. Given that the issue is isolated to PS5 Pro Clubs only, this appears to be a server-side PS5 Pro Clubs profile sync or corruption issue. I am requesting a server-side reset or resync of my PS5 Pro Clubs profile and would appreciate this being escalated to the appropriate team. Thank you for your assistance.

We can login again but the win does not count , it's count as forfeit, FUT CHAMPS win is lost.

My ea servers are messed up. I’m able to access all game modes such as ultimate teams and seasons but it won’t let me access pro clubs for some reason. This is very annoying and I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

I'm having an issue with pro clubs, I was playing yesterday proclubs and then I sign in the PC to my EA account to delete profiles of PlayStation, at the moment of this when I came back to play pro clubs it doesn't allow me to get in this mode, JUST IN THIS MODE, UT, seasons and other onlines modes are OK, also the Season pass and the season points are not visible.

Someone can help me with this?

So basically I can’t play pro clubs on FC 26 because it keeps telling me that unable to connect to EA servers please check your Internet connection and try again. I have tried multiple times and my Internet connection my PlayStation network connection. Everything is correct and I don’t know what to do and I need help trying to figure out and solve the problem.

Is there an update on this? I’ve come across the same problem where I can’t get into pro clubs but can get into everything else. I’ve tried resetting everything but still won’t work?, anything else I could do to make it work or can I just not use pro clubs which is stupid as I just recently got the game ?
