Hi, I bought ea play and have ps plus and still have not received this pack could you help me with this and I didn’t receive a message in game either. It’s been over 24hrs and I still have not recieved any perks of wa play on fc 26 I play on ps5.

I am on PS5, tried to claim 24 hours ago roughly and I still do not have the pack? 

I can't find it or see it on add on, it's not in game or on my ea play account. I've even been charged to re subscribe and my original payment. Any one can assist be very grateful. Thanks.

Has anyone who never initially got the pack actually been given it yet? 
I have provided all kinds of proof to someone from EAhelp and their only response was to refer to this forum. USELESS. 

I dont get the supercharge pack (i have ea play )

I play in ps5 and I can’t take the pack and I have and ps plus and ea membership 

I havent recieved my supercharged pack either I'm on ps5, I've rebooted the game like 4 times n still haven't received anything

Could you please let me know which platform you’re playing on? We are aware of an issue where the EA Play Supercharge pack is not available in-game. Impacted players will be messaged in-game in the coming days.
