Tournament Prize not Granted

Dear EA,

I hope you are doing well. I have just won a PlayStation tournament final match and the opponent has left the match. However, I was considered to be in the 2nd place rather than the 1st place. I have only won 100 FC points instead of 500 FC Points. Please help.
