refere and offside

i've played quite a few matches now and i've had a problem that has come up several times now. it doesn't make me particularly happy with the game. the problem is that the referees call offside when i'm not even close it also makes the matches uneven and you can lose because they call off goals and there are several problems. like for example the players don't do what i tell them to do when you run sometimes. the referees also call free kicks when it was clear that they would be penalties. i understand that there can be errors in the system but since i've been a bit dissatisfied i would like to get compensation. i am not happy with this!
