Request for Evolution Rollback due to Futties Countdown Cosmetic Bug Fix

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request a rollback for a recent Evolution obtained from the Futties Countdown Store Pack.

Background: When the evolution was initially released, it did not award the Futties card cosmetic. Based on this behavior, I decided to use it on a player solely to customize their PlayStyles, assuming no cosmetic change was included.

The Issue: Afterward, this issue was patched, and the evolution was updated to include the Futties cosmetic as intended.

Impact: Had this evolution correctly granted the cosmetic from the start, I would never have applied it to that specific player. The initial bug led to an unintended and misinformed usage of the item.

Request: Since this issue resulted from an in-game error that was later fixed, I kindly request that you rollback/reset this evolution from my player or re-issue the Evolution item to my account.
