Rush issue

Just wanted to see if anyone has this issues aswell, when I play rush the game plays fine but when I get to the end where it shows the highest rated players of the game all I get is a loading screen and nothing happens, I’ve tried waiting for 10-15 mins but still nothing so I have to close the game, when I reload and enter ultimate team again I get a disconnection warning and on one occasion a ban, need this sorted as has stopped me complete evos and objectives
