Screen display bug

I was in the middle of a game and my narrator kept turning on, after several games of turning it off and it coming back on every game I went into settings during an ultimate team game and chose to reset settings to default and now my screen is white and purple and unable to see anything. If I load the game on a different accounts it’s perfectly fine but cannot do anything on my account I play on due to screen being white and purple.
