I have been trying to play the Season 2 Cup for the last 3 days and every single time I load into a game and the game kicks off. The game disconnects and tells me that I’ve either DNF or the game didn’t count.
i have tried restarting internet and all troubleshooting but nothing has work. All other game modes are working I.E rivals, champs, squad battles.
PLEASE HELP ME!!
Same thing happened to me this morning. I have good internet and didn’t lose any real connection - I just got kicked out the game with the same messages you got and it counted as a DNF and a game. Really frustrating when there is a 5 game limit on this event. Will EA compensate the lost game?
Xbox. Same thing. I can play any online mode in Ultimate Team, except the Cups. Season 3 Evo Cup...I just got five straight disconnects, but of course, Rivals works just fine. -_- EA! pleaSE!
It sounds super frustrating to get disconnected every time, especially when other modes work fine. I had something similar happen during a dreadhead parkour-style glitch where only one playlist kept failing. Try clearing your game cache, swapping DNS (like Google DNS), and if you’re on console, rebuilding database/clearing MAC address. Also, report it with clips/logs so support can flag your account or region server.
