Season 6 Premium Pass in FC 26- Rewards did not show in my UT Acc

Case number is 244140506

I purchased the Season 6 Premium Pass in FC 26 and progressed through the pass, unlocking multiple rewards.

At the end of the season, I still had approximately 40 rewards unclaimed.

When the season expired, all unclaimed rewards were removed, and I did not receive any of the paid content I had already unlocked.

This content was part of a paid product, and I have therefore lost items I earned and paid for.

I request that these rewards be granted to my account or that I receive equivalent compensation.

I have been going back and forth with the Chat advisors for several weeks now. 

Today they say to me that I must post on the forum.

Please assist.
