Re: Season Pass Level 40 Rewards - Tomori

I completed the season pass last night after weeks of grinding. I was super excited to receive Rogers and Tomori as reward for completing level 39 and 40. I held the a button on xbox to “claim all” but never received the players, only the packs. I did not want the packs, but really want and need the players for my team, that is the main reason I grinded to complete the season pass. I did not open the packs and left them in my store. So, I reached out to an agent via live chat and explained how confusing this was and that I need help. I informed the agent what happened and that they can remove the unopened packs as I really need the 2 players you get as reward. The agent informed me that the players will be in the packs and that I need to open them, so I did. I have screenshots of this conversation. I still don’t have the 2 players so I reached out to an agent again. He asked me to post about it in the forum here while they investigate. I really hope this can get fixed.
