Season Pass SP Progress Stuck at 10,000 / 10,000 on PS5

Hello,

I am playing FC 26 on PlayStation 5. I have purchased the Premium Season Pass, and my goal is to reach the 30,000 SP reward. However, my SP progress is currently stuck at 10,000 / 10,000 and is not advancing further even though I complete new objectives.

There are still 20 days left in the season and higher rewards (30k SP) are visible in the season ladder, but I cannot earn any more points. Since I paid for the Premium Pass, I am unable to receive the rewards I am entitled to.

Could you please check my account and fix this sync/progress issue?

Same here and the weekly rewards or objectives started again today. I’ve tried messaging several community leaders since Monday and have not heard anything.
