Season pass
Dear EA Sports Support,
I am writing to request a refund of 500,000 EA Coins that I purchased, as I am currently unable to make use of them due to a persistent error in the Season Pass system.
The Season Pass in my account is not functioning correctly and I am unable to level up. Because progression is blocked, the coins I purchased cannot be used for their intended purpose. This makes the purchase unusable through no fault of my own.
I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, but the issue remains unresolved. Since the product I paid for cannot be used as advertised, I am requesting that the 500,000 EA Coins be refunded to my account or returned to the original payment method. I really wanted to level this week in order to get the packs and De Rossi TOTY HERO. Due to this error, I will not get them.
Please investigate this issue and process the refund as soon as possible. I am happy to provide any additional information you may need, such as my account ID, platform, or proof of purchase.
