Server issue

I have a problem with the server connection I’m from Egypt and the server that I connected with is Europe I don’t know why also if I connected to the Middle East server lately there’s bad connection and high ping and the Europe good ping I don’t know how please fix that and also the game is so weird right now everyone is fast in rivals and the champions not fast what’s going on need help ASAP
