hi , i have a problem with loggin into my ea account on mu ps5
the connection is fine and i am connected to the psn network. also i can login into my web app companion .
i have to say that i dont play ultimate since 5 month ago and now i can not log into in .
please resolve my problem.

- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
