Severe Input Lag, Camera Delay, and Unreliable Connection Indicators on PC
I am experiencing game-breaking delay issues in EA Sports FC on PC. Despite having a top-tier wired connection, the game feels completely unresponsive.
System & Setup:
Platform: PC (İzmir, Turkey)
Specs: Ryzen 5 5600, RX 6600 XT, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD
Internet: 1000/1000 Mbps Fiber (TurkNet, Wired Ethernet)
Controller: Xbox 9th Gen Controller (Wired connection)
1) Constant Input Lag: Even when packet loss indicators look normal, there is a heavy, sluggish delay on every command. I never actually get to play on the low ping (8-10 ms) shown; it feels heavily delayed.
2)Camera & Physics Delay: The camera follows the ball with a noticeable lag, and opponents' reactions feel instantly faster than mine.
3)Defensive Disadvantage: I feel like my opponents’ movements and reactions are much more responsive than mine. I can’t properly mark opposing players, yet somehow their players are always right on my back. my players feel stuck in mud.
4) Broken Indicators: The in-game connection monitors and indicators do not reflect the actual state of the match and fail to show true packet losses or delays.
Why is a wired 1/1 Gbps fiber connection with great hardware suffering from this unplayable delay? How can this be fixed? Please look into the routing and server responsiveness for regions like Turkey.
I have attached my connection quality report and match data below.
