Silver Bullet SBC Bug

I had an issue with the Silver Bullet SBC; it wasn't appearing on the SBC board the first day. The second day I reported it and they told me to reload the game and wait, which I did. I went back and contacted support, and they said they would look into it with the Studio team and that I should keep waiting. Today I contacted them again before the Silver Bullet SBC expired, and there's still no solution from EA Support. They haven't sent screenshots on time, explained the issue, etc.
