There's a routing issue between FC servers and Sky, according to their live chat. It's been going on since FUT Birthday but they basically refuse to do anything about it.
One person on Live Chat told me deleting all my active teams on the app and then going onto the game would fix the issue so I don't think anyone using Sky will be able to play the game without issues until 27 comes out.
