Hey Dr_Deni, can you provide a little more info as to the issue as you are facing it?
Want to be sure that I have all the facts before we look into escalating this.
Are you seeing an error message of any kind? Is it frozen, is there no option to continue with the evolution? With something like this, narrowing down that issue and what you are seeing can really help us understand the issue and find the best avenue of support for a fix.
Know it's frustrating to face something like this but the more info we have the better we can assist.
