Subject: FC Mobile account stuck on loading screen (After 26th update)

Hello EA Support,

My main FC Mobile account (username: aviya) with a team OVR of 116 has been working fine until the 26th update. Since today, I am facing an issue where the game gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn’t proceed further on my device (Poco M3, Android 12).

However, when I log in to a different account on the same device, it works fine.

I’ve already tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, restarting my phone, and checking my internet connection. Still, my main account is stuck on loading.

Please help me recover access to my main account.
