I recently purchased the FIFA Ultimate Edition (the $89.99 89.99version) from the official EA platform on around September 21st. While I received the 2000 FIFA Points and early access as expected, I did not receive the Icon Pack that should be included with the Ultimate Edition.

I've seen other players on social media (like TikTok) who received their Icon Pack without issues. Could you please check my account and let me know why the Icon Pack hasn’t been delivered yet?

I appreciate your assistance in resolving this so I can enjoy the full content of my purchase.
