Substitutions aren't working / will keep you blocked

I play FC26 for PC, so i can speak for PC only, don't know if this bug exists for the other platforms too. I encountered this bug two times, in a different way: one time in Division Rivals, the other...

Still get the problem above: once in a couple of games, i can't get to Team Management through the menu in-game. If i press the button to get into the Team Management, it will just refresh the main menu page, without getting into it. It's becoming REALLY annoying, it's nothing i can control and it's obviously a HUGE disadvantage, since i can't sub my starting 11. Please, i have this bug since the game started basically, i think it's time to, at least, investigate.
