Supercharge ultimate rewards pack not claimable

Hi so I've got xbox game pass and ea play and have seen in the xbox rewards a supercharge pack and icon pick for xbox, it says claim in game but there is no way to claim on fc 26? 

How do we claim this item please as been trying for a week now
