Swap players in FUT issue

I am trying to swap players in FUT and always getting server error messages, Tried to delete my active squad, and now cannot create new squad (Manually or Squad builder) to play a game. Now stuck with no squad at all, any fixes or tips for this would be kindly appreciated.
