Team Sheet & Custom Tactics Keeps Deleting!

Hello I’m reporting this bug and expressing my frustrations, This issue has been ongoing for Fc 24,   Fc 25, And now Fc 26, In The Main menu when you go to settings and edit Team sheets it does not save my custom tactics nor will it save in kick off.  Me and a group of friends have been playing Since the very 1st game came out and we have created a fantasy league selecting our favourite clubs and drafting people based off certain criteria and play out seasons at each others houses, this has been going on for decades. Please fix this issue, it’s causing a lot of stress and taking a lot of time for us to redo teams for 10 people. We all have kids and this is our way of having fun. Please EA WE NEED YOUR HELP!
