Team Sheets & Transfers

So i normallly play fc 26 for fun but sometimes make national squads etc by using the transfer to another club feature but now when i make a squad with the transfers for example i made one with Switzerland and Belgium and when i wanted to put them head to head but when i click to put the kit it crashes or if i just try to play it it crashes too now on team sheets if i move left it crashes and i can go right all the way to Norway until i crash any ideas on how to fix this i got multiple national teams and don’t wanna lose them.
