What have you tried so far? Also, which platform do you play on?

this same problem have been happening to me and everything i’ve been told to do has not worked and ive spent alot of time and money on fifa so can someone tell me how to fix this problem

Hi there. It looks like you might be having an issue with your connection. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
