Thank You EA for resolving my issue

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for your help regarding my Season Reward issue in EA FC 26. Specifically, it was the Level 40 reward, where I was supposed to choose between the player Tomori and a pack. Due to a menu lag and an input error, I accidentally selected the wrong reward.

 

After contacting your support team, you kindly compensated me with the correct reward — the Tomori card — and I truly appreciate your quick response, understanding, and professionalism throughout the process.
