The game doesnt start on PC

Hi EA Support Team,

I recently purchased Fc 26 but I am unable to play it due to technical issues at startup.

When I launch the game, one of two things happens:

1 I get a permanent black screen, though I can still move my mouse cursor.

2 The game goes past the Anti-Cheat screen but gets completely stuck on the "Compiling Shaders" screen and stops responding.

My System Specs:

 GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

 OS: Windows 11

What I have tried so far:

 Running the game and the EA app as an Administrator.

 Clearing/Resetting my AMD Shader Cache via the Adrenalin software.

 Ensuring my graphics drivers are up to date.

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Could you please help me find a solution or advise on the next steps to get the game running?
