The player is not looking to engage in contract negotiations - Manager Career

You can't negotiate players contracts in Manager Career Mode. The players contracts will eventually run down and this is broken. This didn't happen in the previous years games.  Manager Career Mode is broken until this is fixed.

You also can't sign players loaned to your club.  You have to let them go back then sign them, even if they already had an option to buy...

Unacceptable.
