This could be a solution to fix input lag and stuttering.

I’ve checked and ruled out all possible issues, but I’m still getting input lag in games. I remember that after I reinstalled the system once before, all my personal settings were reset to default. I reconfigured everything manually afterward, and the input lag was completely fixed.

Now after reinstalling the system again, my old personal settings keep automatically restoring on their own. I want to fully reset or delete all my personal settings completely. Are these settings saved in the cloud? Is it possible to fully reset and erase them entirely?

I’m on Steam PC platform.My PC specs: ASUS, Intel i7-14700KF + RTX 4070 SUPER + 32GB RAM + 2K 144Hz monitor.
