If you check your order history from this page, is that where you're seeing just a single payment? Where are you seeing a second payment, on your bank statement itself?
Depending on the payment method that could just be an authorization hold, especially if you're only seeing one transaction on your order history page. Authorization holds should typically drop off automatically within 72 hours, depending on the bank. If that's still pending after that point, it would be best to contact your bank directly since you're just seeing the single transaction on your order history.
If the second charge finalizes on your bank statement after 72 hours rather than just pending, you can contact support here to have them take a look. We aren't able to make any changes on the forums, but they'll be able to check into this with you further.
