Transfer market issue on companion

My Web App market access has been temporarily blocked, even though I did not violate any rules.

The only action I did was listing a player from the Winter Event on the transfer market. After that, my market access was restricted.

It has now been more than 7 days, and the market is still locked on the Companion App.

I would like to clarify that I did not use any bots, coin buying or selling services, or any illegal methods. I always play fairly and follow EA’s rules.
