Transfer Talks End, Every Single Time. A Glitch?

Is this another glitch in this bug infested game? Trying move unwanted youth players on. Every single transfer fails due to Transfer Talks End.

Add to that a quality player (Yan Diomande) puts a transfer request in three days after signing. Can't sell him. He still smashes it every game but his value remains unchanged and no offers.
