HeyEA_Darko are we going to get a fix to this issue or are we going to keep on suggesting obvious non fixes and pretend that we are daft? I know how troubleshooting works but you and I both know that OPs trial has not run out and that there has been an issue for 5, going on nearly 6 days regarding Xbox ultimate edition and ea play trial not working.
are we even going to address it , or keep on deleting forum posts with 100s of replies with the exact same issues.
not being rude, just calling a spade a spade.
your higher ups have handled this issue extremely poorly. Even if it is on Microsoft’s side and you guys aren’t at fault which might be the case, just be transparent and tell the community. Silence for days.
Please don't spread misinformation. No threads have been deleted or anything hidden.
Jumping into a thread where a user is asking for help just to rant adds nothing to the conversation and helps no one.

this thread which has mysteriously disappeared had 100s of replies of people with the exact same issues. Either through EA PLAY, Xbox game pass ultimate subscription or purchase of the ultimate edition many Xbox users have had a “demo” version of the trial where you can’t even play kick off, let alone access any of the game modes we’ve paid for. This is not happening on PlayStation or PC - just Xbox consoles.
there was one community rep in that thread saying “they will investigate the issue” 6 days ago and nothing since.
I’m not ranting just asking through the literal appropriate forum as to whether you are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
Not seeing any issues with it kafufle2 and able to view that thread. There have been a number of abusive posts that broke the rules removed so if you are missing a post it may have been removed by a CM.
If a CM has been replying in a thread then they will share all available info.

have a look through that thread and you will see the exact same issue as OPthat have still not be resolved.
once again, it’s not your job to fix the issue, it’s somebody else’s but it would have been good to have clear comms on this issue from the get go.

Hey EA_Darko the exact message it displays is this "If you don't to use Narrator115438's trial, make sure to sign out.then you can play on your own trial or get one at the Microsoft store" and tjen it says play trial or see in Microsoft store , i also only have 13 minutes on the game ,and ive also deleted and re download the game twice and restarted my console a couple of times also.
