Trial not working

I downloaded my 10 hour trial with EA play. I have an Xbox game pass account so I should have full access. When the game opens, it only has fc news, learn to play and upgrade. Also with a qr code which takes me to a link about showcase in Colombia Mexico and uae, when I’m uk based. What do I do? Says there was an issue verifying my access and to restart, which I have done twice.
