Trouble with web app

Since I downloaded FC26, it hasn't let me enter the web app on any device. I have investigated by various means and apparently no one else has this problem.

Hey Bucaneer8​. Do you have the full version of the game or just the trial? Only the full version gives you access to the Web App.
