Trying to appeal a ban, but keep getting error

This is the error message I receive: 

"Case not created.

We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."

Have tried multiple times over the last 2 days, with different browsers, nothing seems to work. 

Is it just me or is there a larger problem?
