Trying to appeal a ban, but keep getting error

This is the error message I receive:&nbsp;"Case not created.We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."Have tried multiple times over the last 2 days, with different browsers, nothing seems to work.&nbsp;Is it just me or is there a larger problem?&nbsp;
