Ultimate 7 Challenge – Progression Bug + UT Access Block (Account-Specific)

I am experiencing a serious account-specific progression bug in the Ultimate 7 Challenge in EA SPORTS FC 26.

I had already won 2 consecutive matches in the same round. However, every time I try to enter the 3rd match required for the “Perfect Round” objective, the game disconnects me from Ultimate Team.

The match does not register at all — it disappears as if it never existed. No win, no loss, no coins, and no progress are recorded. This happens regardless of the outcome (winning, losing, quitting, or opponent quitting). Because of this, the challenge becomes impossible to complete.

Additionally, the squad usage becomes desynced: after two wins, only one squad is marked as used, even though two squads should be locked.

I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps: restarting the game and console, changing squads, winning, losing, quitting matches, playing other modes, waiting, and even testing with another account on the same console, which works perfectly. The issue happens only on this account.

Because of this bug, I attempted to enter the Ultimate 7 challenge again and was disconnected during a match, which caused my account to become unable to access Ultimate Team, likely due to a stuck/ghost match session.

EA Support has already confirmed to me that this is an emerging issue reported by multiple players worldwide, but the challenge is time-limited and expires very soon, meaning affected players will permanently lose the Marcos Llorente reward due to an EA-side issue.

And request escalation to the appropriate team (Live Ops) for a fix or compensation, since this challenge cannot be completed as intended.
