Ultimate problem

Hey EA, I pre ordered EAFC26 Ultimate version couple days ago and I love it. But Ultimate team doesn’t load, it freezes when I am trying to play a rival match, it freezes in the UT Home Screen, and it freezes when I go into the UT store. All my other friends they are playing Ultimate team just fine but I can’t even get into one game of rivals. I’m reaching out hoping to see if this can get fixed or I don’t know if it’s because the game just came out and the servers are laggy I don’t know I just want to start playing Ultimate team with my friends. I hope this can get fixed.
