Ultimate Team “EA servers cannot process request” error (PC)

Hi,

I have an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team where the game does NOT save the match result when I finish a match. As soon as the match ends, I get the following error message:

“EA servers are unable to process your request at the moment.”

After this error, the game kicks me out of Ultimate Team and the match result is not recorded.

Important details:

- If I quit the match early, I do NOT get the error.
- The error only happens when the match finishes normally and the result needs to be sent to EA servers.
- This issue started today and happens every single match.
- Platform: PC
- Launcher: Epic Games + EA App

It looks like the match report cannot be uploaded to the EA servers at the end of the game.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue today?  
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
