Ultimate team cannkt connect

Hi, my ultimate team stopped to work suddenly, I tried every possible solution and it keeps saying ultimate team cannot connect. I tried companion solution but it says logout from your ultimate team on your console to access. But when I go to console it says ultimate team cannot connect

any suggestions how to resolve this issue ?
